These General Sales Conditions (hereinafter, the “General Conditions”) have as their object the regulation of the purchase of products made available, via the Internet, from the website (hereinafter the “Web-Site”) in compliance with applicable regulations including the Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 and subsequent amendments and additions.

The applicable General Conditions of Sale are those pubblished on the Web-Site at the time of the purchase.


1.1. “Consumer” any natural person who buys a product from the Web-Site for purposes which are outside of his trade, business or profession;

1.2. “Credentials” are the username and the password chosen by a Registered User to access the procedure to purchase a product shown in the Web-Site. Credentials are strictly personal and cannot be transferred to any third party.

1.3. “Registered User” means any Web-Site user or visitor who have regularly completed the registration procedure provided for in the Web-Site in order to be allowed to validly perform and execute a Sale. When necessary the Registered User who has performed a Sale shall be referred to as the “Buyer”.

1.4. “Sale/s” means any purchase of one or more products shown in the Web-Site made by a Registered User by using the Web-Site online shop.

1.5. “Seller” means Eightyou S.r.l..

    1. OBJECT

2.1. These General Conditions apply to any and all Sales.

2.2. The products are visible online through a representation that is merely representative. Products have the natural characteristics of the materials used for their manufacture.


3.1. A Sale can be perfomed exclusively through the Internet. Before formalizing his purchase proposal, a user must click on the relevant “Buy” button, fill in the relevant form if not registered yet, and confirm by clicking on the button “Place order” or, if already registered, access the Web-Site by using the Credentials and, after having selected the products/s the shipping address and the payment terms, by clicking on the “Place order” button.

3.2. Seller reserves the right to verify the correctness of any data inserted by the Registered User and the regularity of the payment before accepting any purchase proposal submitted by a Registered User. Any purchase proposal shall be binding upon the Seller once the Registered User receives an e-mail stating that the order process has been completed regularly, the payment has been authorized and the products are available.

3.4. The submission of the order by the Buyer implies the obligation to pay for the ordered Products.. After the confirmation of the forwarding of the order, will be sent confirmation by e-mail and summary of the order, in which are reported: information about the essential characteristics of the good and service, the details of the order, the price of the goods (expressed in euro and including VAT), delivery costs and any ancillary costs, the chosen payment method selcted, the delivery address indicated, billing information and information about the right of withdrawal.

3.5. The buyer may at any time verify the orders placed in the appropriate section “My Account”.


For any changes or assistance even after the conclusion of a Sale the buyer may send an e-mail to the address:


5.1. Any payment for the products purchased on the Web-Site by a Registered User may take place only through the terms indicated on the Web-Site.

5.2. Payment methods accepted are:

    • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard e American Express): Payment by credit card can only be made by the holder of the card. Registered Users shall be required to enter the card number, the expiry date and the security code indicated on the back of the card. The amount will be charged to the credit card at the time of the purchase. In case of refusal of payment by the bank, the Seller reserves the right to suspend any processing of the Sale. Credit/debit card data are not released or disclosed to third parties and are processed directly by Payment Service Provider (PSP) that processes payments in a safe and secure environment (secure entry via connection and GDPR SSL encrypted certification). The Seller declines any liability deriving from the illegitimate or fraudulent use of credit cards by third parties.
    • Paypall: By using Paypal, Registered Users can pay directly through their Paypal account. The Seller reserves the right to dispatch the products only to the address indicated on a Paypal verified account.

The amount charged to the Buyer’s credit card or to the Buyer’s Paypal account may include bank fees related to such transaction. To obtain detailed information on transaction fees applied by the banks, please contact your bank.

Payment methods other than those indicated on the Web-Site are not allowed.

5.3. Payment by Credit Card/Paypal, are made through virtual p.o.s. managed directly by the credit institutions; the Seller does not know any credit card details. This Web-Site uses specific systems to control and verify all transactions taking place through it.

    1. PRICES

7.1. All products’ prices displayed on the Web-Site are expressed in euros.

7.2. The prices shall include VAT and shipping costs in respect of the EU territory. Shipping costs for non-EU countries, as well as any accessory charges are not included in the price and will be charged to the Buyer.

7.3. The prices indicated for the Products are valid up to the date indicated in the Web-Site or until their modification, it being understood that the price will be that indicated at the time of purchase.

7.4. If the Buyer has a discount code or has been granted with a personal promotion, it is possible to use it at the time of the payment by inserting its relevant details. Personalized promotions will be communicated to the e-mail address communicated by the Registered User.


9.1. The delivery lead times shown in the Web-Site indicate the time usually needed to deliver the products. All delivery lead times are indicative and non-binding upon the Seller. Even if the Seller undertakes to do everything possible to deliver the products within that period, it will not be held liable for any damage or loss whatsoever resulting from any delay in delivery.

9.2. Products are shipped by the Seller from Monday to Friday. Orders placed during the weekend will be shipped to the customer from the following Monday afternoon. Orders for items already available are normally shipped on the first working day after the order is placed.


10.1. The seller delivers to Italy and abroad, at the place indicated by the Buyer, through the main national and international couriers.

10.2. When a product is shipped, Buyer receives an e-mail from the Seller containing the shipping number (tracking number) and a link to monitor the progress of the shipment.

10.3. The impossibility to reach the address indicated by the Buyer, or even, the absence of the Buyer may result in the payment of additional delivery costs or to the cancellation of the order.

10.4. Progress of a shipment can be directly control on the website by accessing the reserved area and entering the section “Order”.


11.1. Any Consumer has the right to withdraw from the Sale for any reason, without needing to provide explanations and without any penalty. To exercise this right, the Consumer must send to the Seller a communication within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products stating its intention to withdraw from the Sale. This communication must be sent by registered letter with return receipt addressed to: EIGHTYOU S.R.L. in Via Roma n. 3 – 36056 Tezze sul Brenta (VI) – Italy or by e-mail communication to the address

11.2. The customer service of the Seller will, once received the communication, open a file for the management of the return of the Products/s and communicate to the Consumer the instructions on the methods for returning the Products.

11.3. In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal the Seller shall reimburse to the Consumer the full amount of the returned Product/s, including shipping costs where applicable, within 14 working days from the date on which the withdrawal notice was received, without prejudice to the right of the Seller to suspend the payment of the reimbursement until the actual receipt of the products. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Consumer. All return postage costs are entirely down to the Consumer.

11.4. The right of withdrawal herewith regulated is conditioned upon the retun of any Product in its original condition (meaning by that with its packing and any other material that is part of the package intact). The right to withdraw cannot be exercised by the Consumer in cases where the purchased products are personalised and/or made to measure.


12.1. The Seller may not be held liable to the Buyer for faults or malfunctions connected with the use of the Internet and the Web-Site outside its control or sub-suppliers’.

12.2. The Seller shall not be liable for any damages, losses and costs incurred by the Buyer as a result of the non-performance of a Sale being the buyer entitled only to the full refund of the price paid and of any additional cost incurred.

12.3. The Seller takes no responsability for any fraudulent and unlawful use that may be made by third parties of credit cards and of other payment methods, at the time of the payment of the purchased products.

12.4. The Buyer is the only responsible for accessing the Site through the Credentials and is directly liable for any damage or damage caused to the Seller or to any third part resulting from the improper use, loss, misappropriation by others, or failure to protect the secrecy of Credentials. All operations performed using Credentials are considered to be performed by the Buyer to whom the Credentials relate.


13.1. The products are guaranteed to be free of defects resulting from styling, quality of materials and/or workmanship.

13.2. The Seller shall be liable for any lack of conformity or defect of a Product that should occur within 2 (two) years following the delivery of the products (the “Warranty Period”). During the Warranty Period, the Customer may report an lack of conformity by by sending an e-mail message to In order to ascertain whether the Warranty is in force, as well as in order to detect the nature and the cause of any alleged lack of conformity, the customer may be asked to send photographic documentation or use videoconferencing systems. If a Product must be shipped to a specific destination, any related cost shall be borne by the Buyer.

13.3 When the presence of a lack of conformity or of a defect is positively ascertained, repair operations will be carried out by the Seller in a reasonable timeframe consistently with the nature of the defect. Moreover, in the case of replacement, the Product affected by defects shall be retained by the buyer.


14.1. This Agreement is governed by the Italian laws with no regards to conflicts of laws rules.

14.2. Questions relating to the use of the Web-Site are governed by the Italian law. By accessing the Web-Site, Registered Users declare that they accept such regulations. In particular, there is no guarantee that the content of the Site will comply with the regulations in force in other countries. Access to the Web-Site from places where its contents are considered illegal is expressly prohibited. Buyers are fully liable for any violation of such prohibitions.

14.3. The Seller does not offer any guarantee that the information published on this Web-Site respect the laws of the Buyer’s country of residence.

14.4. Any dispute regarding the interpretation or exection or termination of a Sale shall be regulated according to the Italian laws and shall be devolved exclusively to the Courts of Vicenza (Italy).


Any obligation provided for by Directives 2006/66/EC e 2012/19/EC regarding batteries and accumulators and electrical and electronic equipment, including any necessary registration, remains the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
